Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment terms.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance, as per our cancellation policy.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Refunds are provided only under specific conditions, such as service unavailability or mutual agreement.
All content, images, and materials on our website are owned by Sourmi Studio.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.
By availing our services, you grant Sourmi Studio the right to use your photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertisements. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing before the photoshoot.
Sourmi Studio is not liable for any technical or external issues affecting service delivery.
In case of memory card corruption or hardware failure, Sourmi Studio is not responsible for any loss of photos. Such issues are beyond our control and are considered hardware failures.
We retain your photos for up to one month. After this period, all photos will be permanently removed from our storage and Google Drive.
